The receptionist was welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a lovely balcony. Good room facilities: WiFi, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery. Right next to Aurora Lažne swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing with different food options. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
All was good.

The hotel location is a little way from the centre, but it is next to an excellent swimming pool. the receptionist was welcoming and the room was spacious and spotless, including a balcony with a nice view in the evening. the facilities in the room are good, including WiFi, fridge, microwave, kettle, and basic crockery. the breakfast was fine, according to some guests.
The hotel WiFi was not great, and the entrance to two rooms was shared, which resulted in some noise from neighbors coming and going, according to a particular guest.

The Xmas decorations were nice and created a festive atmosphere. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was satisfying, especially the pastries and hot drinks. The location was convenient as it was near the swimming pool and a short walk from the town square, allowing us to easily explore the local shops and restaurants.
The heating in the room was not working properly, making it uncomfortable during the cold winter nights. The staff were not very friendly or helpful and seemed to be disinterested in providing good customer service.

The room was spotless and very spacious with a lovely balcony for evening relaxation. The hotel facilities, including WiFi, fridge, microwave, and kettle, were very convenient. Additionally, the staff was helpful and welcoming, and the hotel's location near the Aurora Lažne swimming pool was great for a fun day out.
Couldn't find any faults at all. my stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect.

Great Breakfast and Comfortable Rooms: the breakfast served at the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was diverse and everyone in our group was satisfied with the food offered. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and they were spacious and comfortable. It was so cozy that we felt at home. We particularly loved the friendliness of the staff. Location wise, it was well situated near key attractions and services making it easy for us to move around.
Although the Wi-Fi connection was available, it was weak and could be improved on.
